I have been preparing homes for sale for over 11 years. During that time I've seen a pattern for successful staging that comes up over and over. This pattern is a set of three "must do" steps.

So, I've created a system that organizes these three "must do" steps for successful home staging. It is delivered as a 5-part course that provides the basics with more in-depth content in the free newsletter that follows.

Here are the three "must-do" steps to prepare a home to sell faster and for top dollar with the RoomScape method. It combines everything I've learned over the years. Ready to get started?

Must Do 1: Reorganize

This is the foundation.
